I was so disappointed with the online purchased for this living room set. The order was delivered in 3 weeks. Upon unpacking and assembling I noticed that the color was not similar to what they have on the website pictures. The materials are cheap looking and the bonded leather was so thin that your finger nails could easily puncture it. Right after setting up the entire cushion, I noticed that one of them has a pulled thread and I called customer service right away. They were helpful and told me to wait for response from the manufacturer. The following day I saw 3 of the cushion seat have snags and it's pulling off from the fabrics. I called the customer service again to inform them and sent pictures for proof. I was told that manufacturer had already shipped a replacement for the first damage cushion seat. Again I was told to wait and they will send my other complain to the manufacturer. A week had past and I was not getting any feedback so I started sending e-mails to the dealer's customer service and response suddenly became slow. On the second week I called, left messages on the person that's handling my complain and still no answer. I decided to take this matter to the manager but a supervisor took my call instead. I explained the situation and my disappointment and I told her that I want to return the furniture and I was asking for a full refund but she promised she would call the manufacturer and will get a possible resolution as soon as possible. The following day she emailed me to let me know that the manufacturer will not ship anything anymore and they will just give me a discount of $350 to go towards the re upholstering if I wish to do so. I told her to re upholster all six cushion will cost more than $350 but then she said that's the best offer that they can do and nothing more. Wow! I paid $2400.00 for a merchandise that has very poor quality materials and supposedly a year of warranty! The cloth material is like a jersey knit or like a knitted yarn that would easily snags. You cannot flip the cushion seat because there's a Velcro on the flip side to prevent it from moving when you stand up. So if the cushion chair is already lopsided no way you could flip it over. The cushion is very hard and not comfortable to sit in. The bonded leather is cheap looking thin materials. The other color on the pillows and sides are maroon, greenish gray and light brown. More on the maroon side. Cushion seat are darker than the website picture. Over all it was a big mistake to order a living room set online. Not worth $2400.00. Lastly, no return, no exchange and i am stuck with it.

Just love the sofa. It is sturdy. The hardwood trim and leather are of good quality. It looks very elegant, similar to much more expensive sofas.I don't see at all what previous review's comment on how thin the leather is. The leather feels and looks like the leather on any other up-scale leather furniture.

Leather bonded beautiful, Cushion are stiff giving items some use to work in which I prefer not cheap stuffing fully covered cushion, with velcro straps under. Your cushion wont slide but they don't seem like they would any way at all. Color of cushion is a nice color for contrast gives great difination very beautiful design, beautiful material on back and hiddened pocket under the couch for storing of the legs that attached when set up at home. Very nice hiding place may keep that in mind. The picture gives a good idea what it looks like so dont be afraid of that. Very beautiful furniture. Cushion are stiff needs to be used, but this is good you want them to last. I seen cushion break down over time and need to be replaced so this is not a bad. As far as smell goes There is none I no other's complained of smell mine does not at all. Very pleased with Both love seat and couch
