My husband and I took the couch out of the box and assemble the pieces we noticed the right armrest was broken. The box was undamaged upon delivery so we could not of known it had any issues. The material is smooth and soft but cheap. The back pieces do not align properly either. We are overall disappointed in the couch.

We received it on time. It is built very cheap. Right arm was damaged and the cushions don't fit because of the metal frame was dented.Update: The seller is asking us take this 185lb package to postal office and send. We got damaged item and obviously not our fault but we are asked to pay for the return which is hell lot for such a big item ... I can't believe this

I like the couch so far, it was easy to assemble and looks good even though there was minor damage to the right arm rest.
