I contemplated purchasing this sofa for a month but with delivery charges etc would have been a lot more then I wanted to spend. ( although still a great deal compared to other tufted chesterfield sofas) when it went on sale for half the normal price plus free shipping I ordered it immediately! Have three dogs and wanted a leather couch with a coating that would protect from scratches and wipe up easily and still have a great look. It does all that. Very pleased with all the detail including the legs.

First off, please be aware, this couch is "NOT LEATHER" as stated. It was stated it was when I purchased it and not. I did not want another "bonded leather" couch as they do not last long, do not wear well and will peel eventually, which was just the sofa that I was replacing!I thought it seemed like a fair price for the look and construction, then it arrived!!! The dimensions given btw are the dimensions of the box, not the couch, so it is short 3" in length, width, height etc. I was not pleased. Then, out of the box the couch has a chemical smell, not a leather smell, but a chemical smell.I got a headache just sitting on it last night and wondered what my dog was breathing in as well! I called the company today and they offered to pick it up for a refund, but I have 45 days to think to about it. It was such a hassle getting it up my stairs etc. I will see if the chemical smell dies down and if it wears well with my bulldog being on and off.But lesson learned, I will never by another sofa online again, and by the way, they are using the term, "recycled leather," which is another term for "bonded leather."Buyer Beware!!!!! Other than the looks, not worth the price and will most likely tear or cut easily....
