This loveseat is exactly as described and pictured. It is quite attractive, appears to be sturdy, the leather cover is expertly applied, and it gives the appearance of a nice piece of furniture. It suits what I wanted for an extra seat in our library area, although its conformation does not make it a good choice for a lengthy sitting session, say for watching an entire movie, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5.However, beware of the shipping policy. I avoided the "white glove" choice because I considered it excessive for the price of this couch, and was startled to get a message when the shipment was ready that I was expected to unload it from the truck, which meant that I would have to climb up on the truck, manage to get it to ground level, and then haul it down my long driveway, and get it into my house. Outrageous! I told the trucking company I would refuse the delivery and was ready to write to return the order when the trucking representative called me back to say that the driver said he would help me get it off the truck. With a modest "tip" (and I am not sure I even needed to offer that) the very nice driver, observing a little woman at the door, just picked it up and put it in my garage for me. (I hope this kind of report doesn't jeopardize the relationship between the furniture company and the trucking company because the furniture people would prefer that you pay the extreme price to them for this service.)My relatively high rating is based entirely on the quality of the product and is independent of this delivery issue, and I would never order another piece of furniture from this place again because of this shipping policy and urge prospective buyers to check this out carefully unless you like unloading furniture from trucks.
