First, I want to say that Amazon is great. Having said that, I was never really updated on the delivery of this set. I kept calling and emailing until I finally got a solid answer. However, each person truly tried to get me the correct information. Delivery took about 2 weeks total. The delivery guy brought it into our house and left. The furniture arrived in humongous boxes! I was very surprised. I assumed it would be delivered like regular furniture. We had to put the backs with the bases and screw on the feet of each piece. We also had to get rid of the huge boxes. They were extremely awkward and heavy to say the least. I would have liked to have known the set came in pieces. The love seat didn't seem to fit correctly and I called Amazon and they treated me right. The seating cushions are firm and I'm hoping they soften as time goes. Overall, we are happy with the look of the furniture and the leather smells great!
