This arrived quickly and was very easy to put together with just one person. I didn't need my own tools, it comes with hardware and an Allen wrench. The cushions are a bit firm, otherwise, no complaints whatsoever. I really like this piece of furniture, especially that it is *not* leather. It came from Bloomingdale California and there's a label on it saying that it passes that state's laws about the materials used to make it, which made me happy because I didn't think of that when I ordered it. I am very sensitive to "off-gassing" on man-made materials and this does not have any offensive odors that I can smell at all. My dogs enjoy sitting on it, so they must not smell anything that offends them either :) It's in my home in a small nook by a window where not much else would fit and it looks just great. And at Amazon's price, it was less expensive than anything I could find at a second-hand store or thrift store for a love seat. Plus, a piece of furniture cannot fit inside my car but with the free shipping, it was delivered to our door. It was easy to get the box inside the front door and I assemble it right there. All around, this was a good purchase for us.

i will that this couch looks great and engineering is well thought out. it assembles perfectly. the only downside it is very stiff, if it was soft and comfortable i would give it a 5 star.
