Love the sectional. Delivered 10 days after ordering. Only 1 delivery man. Arrives loaded on a pallet, packed vertically. Well- packed but must be opened enough to separate the 2 pieces. No way you could get it into your house otherwise. Delivery is to your driveway/garage. Our delivery man was nice enough to help carry it in. We opened it to inspect before signing for it. There were no tears or damage except an odd part popping out of the back. My husband pushed it in and checked that it was not something structural. (it wasn't) Finding the legs was interesting - turns out that the legs were under the sofa in a zippered area. You have to lift the sofa while another person goes under it and locates the zipper. Then you stick your hand inside and feel for the bag of legs. (each of the 2 pieces has its own zippered pouch area). You simply screw the legs on by hand - making sure that are all completely screwed in so that both pieces of the sofa are the same height. (we didn't do that and then realized that was the cause of the parts being uneven in height) There are 2 metal connecters that join the two pieces of the sofa. (similar to hooking the bottom of a zipper on a jacket) Easy to do with 2 people (and a flash light to see if it is actually connected) Fabric is a nice brown. Soft fabric, firm cushions. Top and back cushions are attached. Comes with 3 pillows that are actually nicer than in photo.Only problem we found was that the space we allotted would nicely accommodate the listed dimensions of 93" by 93" - but the dimensions listed are incorrect. The left side (when you are facing the sofa) is 93", but the right side is 101". It sticks out more than we planned, but looks nice anyway. Since we've only had it a few days, I cannot attest to the longevity of the sofa. So far it looks nice - and it's firm enough for my husband who's had back surgery and usually prefers a chair. He's actually been sitting on the sofa - a first for him!All in all, looks nice in our family room (our daughter and her family are temporarily living with us and it will get plenty of use) - since the cushions are attached, you don't need to "fluff" them - and with two little boys it's nice that the cushions STAY on the sofa instead of being used as a "fort" or made into "weapons" and used in battle with each other. There was no tax or shipping. We received a phone call the day before delivery to let us know time frame for delivery (though it came at the late end of the time) The driver couldn't have been nicer. My 3 yr old grandson made fast friends with him and the driver was patient enough to let my grandson "help".As to how long the sofa will last, only time will tell (and I'll let you know). I did a LOT of furniture and comparison shopping - and even the cheapest stores couldn't beat the price! No tax, no delivery charge. However, when you have a nice driver like we did, they do deserve a tip! It would have rated 5 stars except for the incorrect dimensions listed.I was a bit skeptical about buying a sofa online - but I absolutely LOVE Amazon - and their great service - so I took a chance - and it worked out. You won't be sorry - go for it!

I ordered this based on the info I gathered from the only review about this sectional. For me, its.a great piece. It is so comfortable, such a great price. I love the fact that all of the cushions are sewed in....i hate couches & other furniture where the cushions constantly shift. It is esp. Good if you have a pain condition. I have lupus sle which leaves me in great pain quite often. This couch is comfortable and it offers.support.... Couches that you sink into often make it difficult & painful to get up...not with this... My joints feel better resting and sitting on this. Getting up is a breeze. If you purchase this, you wont be disappointed!
