I purchased this sofa for a small entertainment area. Loved that you can change it from right to left facing chaise but it doesn't work like I thought it would. I have seen sofas that are easily changed simply by moving the cushion and an ottoman under it. This sofa, however would need to be taken apart and put back together in order for it to be moved from right to left facing and vice-versa. I purchased the saddle color and it is pretty true to the color I had in mind after looking at the picture. The cushions are VERY firm...we haven't had it long to know if it softens up or not, but it is still ok when it comes to comfort. It won't be a sofa that you sink into and feel ultra comfortable, but it is not uncomfortable either. The price was good, delivery was on time. The delivery guy was patient to wait until items were inspected for damage, as I was told to do at the time of delivery. I am a female who enjoys putting things together and I was able to assemble it with little problems. The pieces were not too heavy for me to lift alone. There are only pictures, no written instructions but it is not too difficult to do. With a little trial and error I was able to complete the assembly in probably less than an hour. It is always difficult to buy furniture online, but with the price, size, color etc available with this sofa, I had to try it.

This sectional is OK and serves the function of something to sit on. However, the assembly instructions are simply pictures and omit any name/numbers/information about 1) how to put the sectional together, 2)most importantly: that the parts/cushions are ALL LOCATED WITHIN THE SECTIONAL BASES THEMSELVES, 3)manufacturer name and number. Luckily, we were able to find a handy video online that showed us that the pieces (we thought we missing) are actually located inside of the sectional bases. After putting together the sectional, we started to assemble the ottoman and discovered a minor defect that prevented us from screwing on the 4th leg. After over a month, and the great help of Amazon Direct, we were able to resolve this issue with AMAZON and NOT the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Poundex, failed to return calls and emails after telling me that they would be able to handle the issue. I will NEVER buy from this company again and have complained to Amazon not to use this company. Awful, awful, awful.

Couch came in 48 hours. Delivery was simple, right off the truck, 3 boxes.I don't understand why some reviews complain about not knowing where parts were located, there were VERY easy instructions to find everything.The color was spot on what we ordered.It's not top quality, but an affordable, easy and comfy seating solution (especially in a small city house).I do agree with one other reviewer about durability over time, but we will just have to find out.Took me--one person--one hour to set up.Assembly was simple. Again, don't know why there were complaints as to setup.Overall, a good buy, looks great, sits, well, and is perfect for what we needed.
