I bought this sectional despite negative reviews because it looked nice and I could not pass up the great price. I have now owned it for about 4 months and I am constantly regretting buying it! Even for the cheap price, it is not worth it! I have been gentle with the sectional yet the cushions are constantly getting deformed and misshapen. I have reshaped them several times but they still look warped or go back to their usual funky form within days. Also, NEVER EVER get anything on this couch! I have used microfiber cleaner to clean anything that has been spilled and even after using recommended cleaners, the couch maintains what looks like water stains. What looked like a great couch, now looks like a misshapen and nasty piece of furniture from what looks like a ton of water stains & the deformed cushions. No matter how cheap this sectional is, it's not worth it!!

I'm reviewing this for my mother who I put it together for. Came in 3 boxes not that big. Not that heavy. Delivered 4 days ahead of time !!! The directions seemed IKEA like but once u look at everything really easy. The main thing I have to say is look very carefully inside all pieces for the hardware hidden in back pieces 2 bags. Took about 45 minutes. Get your own wrench/pliers theres is useless. I was VERY happy with the look of it was kinda worried. The perfect size for her condo. So it seems hard to sit on very stiff but the best way I can explain it is It's hard but comfy at the same time. Not very comfy to sleep on though " I Know " . The cushions feel like different heights. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

I purchased this sectional originally from another supplier in mushroom. When it arrived much to my surprise the color was hazelnut and i was not waiting another 4 weeks for another to be ordered. After the shock of waiting four weeks for something to arrive in the wrong color I actually am glad that i did get the hazelnut. The stock photos are very deceiving and do not give the sectional justice. The color is alot more creamy and lighter then in the photo. And when i ordered the mushroom I got to see it on display and the color was almost a white grey. Pretty but not as nice as the hazelnut.. bottom line try a local dealer in your area before purchase.. this is a very popular sectional and most have the fabric samples. As far as assembly my husband put it together in less then an hour. the two pieces do not attach so we went and bought little brackets to hook them to keep them from sliding apart. Like other reviews mentioned they do pack the cushions inside of the couch and ottoman, so they are a little deformed but not bad. Over time im sure it will straighten. The couch is used in a formal sitting room so it will not be sat on everyday which is good because I don't think it could stand a chance with a family with children...maybe a couple or a person living on their own.and to be quite honest its a nice sitting couch but not something you can kick back and relax on because its not to comfy.and i thought the ottoman opened but it doesn't.At least the cushions do zip open for cleaning but i would be scared to see what happens after a cycle in the wash... bottom line nice couch good for looks alot nicer then photos but if you have a bigger family and want this as an everyday couch spend the extra money on something nicer!
