I bought this for my 14 year olds room. The packaging was damaged upon receipt but the product was intact. Do not try to move this package alone. It is a 2 person carry or use a wheeled dolly. Once its inside it can be slid on the floor without much trouble. Unpacked it took no more than 10 minutes to assemble and required no hand tools. Getting the backs rails lined up took 2 people but if you are patient and careful you can do it solo. The quality of the product was beyond expectations. I had expected to be disappointed buying online with almost no customer reviews but I was actually very impressed.The outer material looked as if it belonged on a much more expensive product and does not feel like man made leather at all. It is as close to real leather as you can get at any price. The frame feels solid and all mounting points I could see appeared well designed. The arm cushions attach with 2 strips of wide velcro and have zippers so you can add or replace stuffing as it breaks down. The seat and back cushions are permanently attached to the frame and cannot be flipped or turned. The seat cushion and back interior stuffing feels very comfortable as does the support on your back. My child slept on the love seat for the past 3 nights instead of the bed. As another reviewer mentioned the back is a little to vertical and has no adjustments but that is the only thing I can complain about. The back piece slides vertically into rails on the lower frame and feel very secure. If you are handy you can easily remove the screws in the rails and rotate them just a small amount to make the back less vertical. The way the seat cushions are suspended appear to be solid but long term durability remains to be seen.I did not use the plastic legs because of hardwood floors. I went to the store and bought the felt pads (the ones I used were 3 inch diameter and nail in) that you can attach to the frame on the corners and keep the bottom of the furniture about 1/4 of an inch off the floor. I am 6 foot 5 inches and 290 lbs and the love seat is a little to small for my frame but not by much. I can sit beside my spouse and not feel crowded. This is not a childs toy seat but a fullsize and very resonably priced love seat. This is a great alternative to very expensive furniture outlets and the quality will make any visitors think you spent alot more than they will ever know you did. If I was a smaller person and on a budget I would be proud to have the couch, love seat and chair in my home.

PROS: For the price this love seat is an amazing value. It doesn't look cheap whatsoever, it actually looks chic. The vinyl feels like real leather. It's very well built and in my opinion it has a better built than pieces from Ashley furniture and other similar stores and finally it's quite comfortable, a little hard the first couple of days but once broken in it feels good.CONS: I have two quibbles with this piece, the first one is that the back piece is a little more upright than usual and obviously that's not adjustable, I know this can be subjective but it's just a little more upright than pretty much every couch Ive sat on, lastly, the plastic legs look cheap, no one will see them or focus on them, that's why I said this is just a quibble, lol.N/A: Longevity. I just got the piece so I don't know if it'll last long or not, it looks the part though.SHIPPING: Better than average, my love seat arrived a day earlier through UPS.

I love this loveseat. It looks like an expensive leather loveseat, and its extremely soft and comfortable. The only problem was that the back was very upright. I thought of a quick solution, before assembling just open the top screw of the back slider and push it back around .5 inch, then slide the back into it. You will love this loverseat after that. I'm very happy with the purchase.
