We were a little nervous buying a sofa without see it, but we are happy with the purchase. It was quick to assemble following the videos on Handy-Living's website: [...]. (I did not find the instructions until after I was done. They are taped to the bottom of the "parts" box.)

Took me an hour to assemble by myself....not bad at all. Comfy, firm cushions, nice looking. I am very pleased.

This sofa looks nothing like in the picture. It needed complete assembly, not just a little. Once assembled it looked cheap and the cover didn't fit correctly. Returning it was a complete nightmare! UPS wanted me to put back in box....YEAH RIGHT!!! Amazon did finally send a different shipper to pick it up.
