We were very happy to find this sofa as it has all the right dimensions and fits perfectly in front of our newly built staircase. Pros: good quality leather, easy to clean, very versatile. Love the love seat area and the arm rest which are adjustable.Cons: could be a bit higher; the right side arm rest is not adjustable, however, it would be really nice to have that feature! Would also be nice to have two more neck rolls (shown on the love seat).....we are happy with the purchase, its price, and the timely delivery.
