When I looked at this couch I saw there were no reviews and not much detail about the couch so I will try to help as I felt lost without a review. This couch was delivered in a box that fit through a 32" door which was my biggest issue and I could find no info on this. It was delivered into the house. In the box is the bench, the back, and the arms. there is also the hardware to put it together. I put it together in less than an hour. There are 4 big screws that hold the back to the bench and 2 for each arm the most time spent was removing from packing and arranging couch to assemble. The tool that came with it is a joke but I used pliers and fingers first then the tool to finish tightening. The fact that the arms and the back are not attached to each other will mean this is not as sturdy a design as the one I tore apart [with hammer scisors & screwdriver] to get out of the house. The couch is 2 tone and is nice to look at and sit on I bought pillows to put at ends for laying around. I had to make my son use his bed again after 3 days of couch sleeping. It is comfortable but not poshly elegant. There are 4 people in the family and none of us is over 140 lbs so hopefully we will not be having issue with the minimal attached back and arms. I did warn all in the family to be kind and why. I bought this couch for $360 and I am very happy with my purchase. I know I can move it easily, it can accommodate 3 people and does not take up a lot of room [80" long].

I purchased this couch after my boys broke my last one. I didn't want anything too expensive since they are so rough, but I wanted something nice looking. This sofa fits the bill perfectly.It's relativly easy to put together, although I would recommend having two people doing it. The hardest part is making sure you leave enough of the screws out to tighten the nuts onto.The cushions are firm, which I like. I don't always like the pillow cushions on the back, as they are not attched. They have a habit of falling and that is one of my pet peeves, but something I'm willing to live with. My biggest fear is tearing the "leather" part. I've never had furniture made of this type of material and I'm not sure how durable it is. This sofa had no smell to it, like I saw on reviews of other furniture.My biggest disappointment was with the people who delivered it, not amazon. My landlord's wife was home and had a key to let them in. They sent ONE WOMEN to deliver a 93 pound package and I live on the second floor. Luckily she was able to put it on the porch until the landlord got home and got it upstair. I don't see this as a reflection of amazon, though.

I really like how this couch looks in our living room. We're pretty young, we just moved out and we were on a budget, so when we found that this sofa was on sale we decided to take a plunge and buy on Amazon. It's actually pretty comfortable; one of our friends spent a couple of nights on it and had no complaints. One thing: it's very light for a couch and I suspect that it's because of the quality. We've had it now for about six months and have heard it crack under our weight maybe once or twice. To be fair, we had five people sitting on it and we're pretty heavy set. One of the screws holding the back rest came loose, so if we don't have it against a wall the back will fall over with enough weight. Although, that can probably be fixed just by tightening the screw. Otherwise, this is a fairly good couch at a good price range. I think it'll probably last us a good year or two before we have to replace it.
