I paid $546 for this couch and for the price I would say it is a good buy.The only issue I had was with the shipping company. They did not call to make arrangements and it was delivered a day late. The only plus with the shipping company was the driver. When you don't day for shipping the driver is instructed to do curb side delivery. Well, I couldn't move a 190lb couch myself so the driver was nice enough to help. If it was not for him- the delivery company would totally suck!!Quaility- overall its pretty decent. It's pretty firm, but not stiff and uncomfortable. It arrived nicely packed ( I had to remove layers after layers) so it did not arrive with any damage.Company- I emailed them and received a prompt response, so no issues there.The only thing that was a negative was being delivered a day late. Other than that- I would recommend.

This couch came to me with very lumpy and uneven cushions. The color is more burgundy than brown. It doesn't match anything that I own, unfortunately I bought the couch last and all my other furniture is actually brown so it looks weird. Overall the couch seems sturdy, but the lumpy and unevenly filed cushions means that there are spots where there is little/no filling, while other spots are overfilled creating a very lumpy look. I am not pleased with the couch and would not recommend it.

This company is OUTSTANDING!!! Exceptional Customer service, Excellent products, and extremely professional delivery. I live on the top floor of my building and the delivery men were very careful to make sure the sofa was delivered in the best condition possible. The sofa is a beautiful dark chocolate brown just like the picture and for an overstuffed sofa it has excellent back support. This company really knows there stuff, they are very friendly and stay in constant contact with you from order to delivery.
