I shopped in local stores for a sofa and was pretty put off by the prices. I looked online for a good while. I ordered a chair online before, but never anythibng as big as a sofa. I decided to go ahead because I loved this sofa from the pic. However, there were no reviews which was scarey but I decided to take the risk.My sofa came from Wayfair. I had questions about delivery and talked to them on a couple of occasions. I did the "threshold delivery" which means they deliver it unwrapped to a place of your choice in the house. (you can pay more and upgrade to "white glove" delivery where they do all the unpacking and setup). The sales reps were courteous and very helpful. One rep had to get information and call me back. She called me back promptly.The delivery guys brought it this morning. It was not boxed, but wrapped in heavy plastic, cardboard, and bubble wrap. They unwrapped it for me and took away all of the packing junk. They were very friendly-a very good experience in terms of delivery, and I did not expect them to do the unwrapping and hauling away.When they unwrapped the sofa, it was WOW! It is a deep brown leather, very soft and elegant looking. The best part is the sofa is super comfortable!! I was nervous about buying a sofa that I had not sat on--but this one is very comfortable. It has cross stiching diagonally across the pillows -- very unusual and sharp looking. This does not show up that well in the picture.I am super happy with this purchase. It is a great value. I looked at similar sofas locally that were $2800-3000. I am glad I bought this one.ps. Be sure you pay attention to dimensions. It is not a super large sofa (74 ''), but perfect for my living room.
